2017 Sizzlin Summer Workouts


The Brook Hill Athletic Program has designed a summer workout program that focuses on strength training, conditioning, flexibility, as well as nutritional information to develop and maintain a healthy lifestyle.

Brook Hill Head Football Coach Scott Ryle, is in his 2nd year of leading the Sizzling Summer Workouts, and will be joined by members of the Brook Hill Coaching and Training staff to facilitate these workouts.

The schedule is listed below and the cost for the entire summer is $40.

Female Athletes entering grades 6-12, and male athletes entering grades 6-12 who do not participate in football:
Begins Monday, June 5th
Meets in the downstairs weight room of The Kyle Lake Athletic Center
Workout Time is 10-11:30 a.m.
Workout days are Mondays, Wednesdays and Thursdays.
No workout on Monday July, 3rd (4th of July Holiday)
Workouts end on Thursday, July 20th

Male Athletes entering grades 6-12 and participate in US or MS football:
Begins Wednesday, May 31st
Meets in the downstairs weight room of The Kyle Lake Athletic Center
Workout Time is 7:30-9:30 a.m.
Workout days are Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays
No workout on Monday, July 3rd (4th of July Holiday)
Workouts end on Thursday, July 20th.
