Coach Springer is widely known throughout East Texas as one of the premier softball coaches. He coached his 14 and under team to a State Championship. He formed the Sneaky Cleats in 2001, and it has grown to three teams with girls from all over East Texas. Springer is also the USA/ASA Junior Olympic Fast Pitch Commissioner for District 25 which covers 7 counties. Springer is a member of the National Fast Pitch College Association and is a One Star Master Coach. Springer is married to Gayla, and they have three children.
