Bill Seronello
Lower School Principal
Bill Seronello brings experience, passion and joy to the role of founding principal of the Lower School at The Brook Hill School. Bill had the privilege of founding the Lower School at Whitefield Academy in Atlanta, Georgia in an almost identical situation to The Brook Hill School.
Prior to that assignment, Bill led Christian elementary schools in suburban Seattle and San Francisco for thirty years. For thirteen years, Bill was head of Sylvan Way Christian Schools outside of Seattle in Bremerton, WA. During his tenure at Sylvan Way the school expanded from an early childhood education program (2-year-old through third grade), to an Early Childhood and Elementary program (infant through 6th grades). Prior to his time in Bremerton, Bill served for twelve years as Elementary Headmaster and Curriculum Coordinator at Redwood Christian Schools in the East Bay area of San Francisco.
Bill received his Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from North Carolina State University and his Master of Science in Curriculum and Instruction from California State University in Hayward. He is married to Linda, and they have four married adult children and nine marvelous grandchildren.
Bill’s passion and focus is to assist parents in their God-given role and see elementary students grow spiritually, as expressed in their devotion, their intellect, and their life choices. Another motivating factor is seeing God’s people, who have the gift of teaching, grow in their craft in assisting students to foster a joy for learning and developing a Christ-centered world view.
