Curtis Corley is the former head coach at LaPoynor High School and is undoubtedly a coaching legend in the state of Texas. In twenty four years at LaPoynor, Coach Corley posted a win/loss total of 655 wins and only 146 losses. He directed his LaPoynor teams to 20 district titles, 16 regional appearances, 8 state final four appearances, and a state title in 2003.
