Connie Russell
Director of Academics
Connie Russell first came to know Brook Hill in its second year of operation as a parent and faculty spouse. After fifteen years experience in public education she then joined the Brook Hill History/English department in August of 2000. In her years at Brook Hill she has taught H/E 8, 11 AP and English 12 AP, and has served as department chair and sponsored the National Honor Society. She became an administrator 2003. Mrs. Russell is currently Director of Academics PK – 12.
Mrs. Russell holds a Bachelor of Science in Math and English from East Texas State University, now Texas A&M Commerce, and a Master of Education in Educational Leadership from Covenant College. She is married to Jeff - former BH band director - and has three children.
