Laurie Humphries
Director of Development

Laurie Humphries is married to Mark, and they have three children including Landry (’08).  Laurie attended Texas State University majoring in Communications.  She has extensive experience in the area of funds development.  Most recently she has worked with a local non-profit organization and has raised more then 1.5 million dollars for cancer education and research.  She is a six year cancer survivor herself.
   
As a Director of Development, she feels that the most important part of her job is to believe in the mission of the school.

 “When someone is asked to support a cause, they must first see the impact that cause has on the future. We must believe that the dollars we are giving to an organization are being spent wisely and that they are making a difference not only for those involved in the organization, but also for the greater community and ultimately for the Kingdom of God”.
