Pam, Jake, and David Bsallenger

From the desk of Ginger Bell: Who are our newest community members?  We will be meeting some over the next several weeks.

Today, let’s meet the Ballenger family.  David and Pam brought their 8th grade son, Jake, to Brook Hill this year, and we are so glad they did!  The Ballengers inquired about BH the first week of January this year,  and within a week had submitted an application.  Jake visited other schools during their journey to find the right place for him, but found his place when he visited Brook Hill.  Pam said she KNEW this was the place for them.  Not only had she and David done their research on the school, but the youth minister at their church and their Direct TV guy had sung the praises of BH.

The Ballenger family is already so entrenched that they are selling their home in Henderson (plus 65 scres!) and settling closer to campus.  It’s a good thing, too, since all 3 of them immediately jumped into life at Brook Hill!  You may have bought a ticket to a football game from them this season since they were regular workers in the ticket booth, and I’m sure you have heard Jake’s name during those impressive 8th grade football games.  So now that you know who the Ballengers are, please introduce yourself to them so they can know you, too!
