The Brook Hill School offers string instruction for students grades 6-12  through the following programs:  Beginning 6th Grade Strings, Middle School Orchestra, Upper School Orchestra, Advanced String Ensemble and Jazz Strings.  Students regularly receive small sectional and large ensemble instruction.  Individual on-campus instruction can be made available during or after school hours. Orchestra students participate in a wide range of performance opportunities ranging from solo to large ensemble performances, community to school concerts, and competitions at the district, region and state levels. In its short history, the Brook Hill Strings program has already established an award-winning track record;

4 time TAPPS State Qualifier, 3 time TAPPS State Sweepstakes Winner, 2 time TAPPS State Runner-Up, Seven consecutive years students selected to TMEA All-Region Orchestra, Two consecutive years student selected to TMEA All-State Orchestra.  Honored performances have included Women’s Symphony League, Junior League of Tyler,  East Texas Symphony and Texas Association of Symphony Orchestras.
