Ashley Bouwer has a BA in International Studies/Middle East Studies from Baylor and an MBA from Houston Baptist University. She served as an Admissions Counselor and the Assistant Director of Recruitment at HBU from 2007-2012.

Ashley is a native Houstonian and she and her husband, Wentzel (Brook Hill Graduate – Class of 2002), moved to Tyler in 2012. Ashley previously served at Brook Hill as the Associate Director of Admissions and has worked in the Academic Office since 2016, currently serving as the Director of Academic & College Counseling. Ashley and Wentzel have two boys, Graham and Duncan, who also attend Brook Hill.
