Wes English and his wife, Betsy, have three children.  Wes has lived in Texas most of his life, but he also lived in the UK for over ten years which he found very rewarding. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Biblical Studies and two master’s degrees – one in Philosophy of Religion and the other in Pastoral Theology.

Wes feels teaching Humanities at Brook Hill is a real privilege, because he gets to help students delve into what it means to be human and explore how that has been expressed by people over the centuries.  It is particularly great to be able to do this with Christ and the center. Outside of the classroom he enjoys watching and playing basketball and reading theology and church history.
