Heather Fletcher grew up in South Carolina and received a Bachelor of Arts in Christian Education from Wheaton College and a Master of Education in Elementary Education from Mississippi College. She is married to Rod and they have three sons and one daughter-in-law. Their three sons are all graduates of Brook Hill, and all four are Aggies. McCray (Brook Hill Class of 2016) and his wife, Braden, both graduated from Texas A&M in 2020 and live in Houston, where McCray works in Private Equity for Voyager Interests and Braden teaches third grade. Campbell (Brook Hill Class of 2018) graduated from Texas A&M in 2022 and lives in Dallas where he works for Sebastian Construction Group. Chandler (Brook Hill Class of 2021) is studying Construction Science at Texas A&M.

Heather is “All Orange” and loves being a part of every aspect of the Brook Hill family. She enjoys spending time reading and studying her Bible, being with her family, and drinking coffee with friends.
