4th & 5th Grade: Under the Microscope

Fourth & Fifth grade students hit the ground running in science class this week. We are studying the basic structure of life: cells!

Fifth graders are looking at cells from their cheeks, amoebas, and plants under the microscope. We are learning that all things are made of cells!

Fourth graders are seeking to understand the design of life in science this week. Students are making microscope slides to compare plant cells and animal cells. We are learning that each cell is a system with many parts that work collectively to promote the cell’s survival. Our creator has woven order into the fabric of everything!
