THE BROOK HILL SCHOOL OF BUSINESS
A growth mindset and entrepreneurial spirit are part of our DNA at Brook Hill. Our Founder, Stephen Dement, not only grew his own business, but pioneered a new school. Brook Hill is still in that mindset today. In our Business Lab, we’re always asking ourselves, “What’s next? How can we be better than we were the day before?”
The Brook Hill School of Business offers a robust curriculum centered on entrepreneurship, finance, and leadership. It’s a place where students not only explore their interests in business through course work but also learn through real-life experience by participating in our Internship and Mentorship Program.

What is the Business Lab?
The Business Lab is an innovative, experiential learning environment for our business classes. Situated between our on-campus coffee shop and spirit store, it enables students to utilize two real businesses as they look to create their own ventures and become leaders in their communities around the world. The goal of the lab is to turn theory into reality, so that students can see the impact of their decisions in real time as they learn how to adjust and grow.
What is the Internship & Mentorship Program?
The Internship and Mentorship Program allows junior and senior students in Entrepreneurship III and Advanced Investing to partner with an expert to take their businesses to the next level and to learn more sophisticated investment strategies. The program is designed to build upon the experiential learning model deployed throughout the previous courses taken by the student in the Business School. We believe that there’s no substitute for real-world experience.
There is no other business program in the area that offers this breadth of knowledge and depth of experience. Whether you’re just dabbling in business or already defining your path, we’ll help you find your passion and develop your potential.
