Our 5th graders made brochures and flyers in Science class this week. The students designed pamphlets to explain the solar system and the universe to space-station visitors. Including drawings of planets, stars, and other objects, students developed descriptions to go along with the pictures that would help people understand what they might observe from the station. Then each student gave an oral presentation to the class.
