This weekend’s excursion took us to Dallas where we were able to enjoy a fun filled day of exploring the Perot Museum of Nature and Science, followed by time spent at the Galleria Mall for shopping.

The Museum boasts 11 exhibit halls filled with interactive attractions that can stimulate the mind and imagination ranging from engineering to Dinosaurs and everything in between. Our students were also able to enjoy one of four 3-Dimensional movies that covered different topics such as the Galapagos Islands, Tornados, Airplanes, and finally, Deep Sea Challenger; a submarine designed and piloted by movie director and explorer, James Cameron, to go to the deepest depth of the ocean.

Next, seeing as how Prom is approaching this coming weekend, our ladies spent their time at the mall preparing for the big event. It’s all about the dress. Those who desired to were able to take a break from shopping on the ice skating rink. It was an activity filled weekend!
