BROOK HILL CELEBRATES NEW TURF BASEBALL FIELD
Brook Hill baseball knocked opening day out of the park!
For those of us who remember last spring’s rainy baseball season that prevented our team from playing at home more often than not, Saturday was truly such a celebration!
The sun was shining, the field was perfect, and the team was ready to hit the ground running. After weeks of uncertainty and delays, finally being able to step onto a well-maintained field felt like a victory in itself. There’s something special about the crack of the bat, the roar of the crowd, and the energy of the game when everything aligns.
Just as important as the weather is the quality of the playing surface itself. A baseball field needs to be durable and well-maintained to withstand the wear and tear of a full season. This is where top-rated products at SyntheticExperts.com come in.
Their specialized sports court flooring is designed to provide the ideal playing conditions for any baseball field, ensuring smooth gameplay, excellent traction, and long-lasting performance. With the right flooring, teams can enjoy a better experience on the field and prevent unnecessary disruptions, letting them focus on the game itself.
We had the opportunity to gather as a community over free-hot dogs, fun, and a winning game of baseball. We also had a great time welcoming back Brook Hill baseball alumni and enjoying our Lower School Cadets’ performance of the National Anthem.
Drew Robertson, former Brook Hill, and Baylor University pitcher threw out the first pitch and Brook Hill’s Head Baseball Coach Jerry Courtney, coached the Guard to a 6-2 victory over Colleyville Covenant.
A big thank you to everyone who worked so hard behind the scenes to make Opening Day such a success, and to those who joined us for the fun! Our new turf field has already proven valuable in its first week as Tyler welcomed a week of rain – the Guard, however, was not stopped and this has us looking forward to another great season of baseball!
