The Brook Hill school is excited to be honoring Dr. Mark & Dr. Becky Jones this year as our 2015 Guardian Award recipients. Mark and Becky have been dedicated supporters and parents of The Brook Hill School for many years. Mark has served on the Brook Hill Board of Trustees for 17 years. He remembers fondly his first visit to the Brook Hill campus which at that time was only a cabin and field. He recalls watching Kyle Lake teach soccer camp on the property and sharing many discussions of the dream for what that land could potentially be. Nineteen years later, The Brook Hill School is a thriving campus providing a Christ-centered, college prep education for over 645 students. “I have seen such good things come from Brook Hill,” he remarked when thinking back over his years at Brook Hill. “Not only has it been a joy to see the physical growth come to fruition, but the spiritual growth within our students with their time here.”

Becky has given countless hours of her time as a volunteer for the school. Most often she would be seen on the sidelines taking outstanding photos of The Brook Hill football team!

Mark, the Tyler Junior College BSM Director and Becky, ophthalmic surgeon at DeHaven Eye Clinic have been happily married for 29 years and have three sons, T.J. (’08), Mason(’12), and Grant (’15), who are all Brook Hill Alumni.
