Like Eating Out Every Day

Everyone knows that one vital key to a healthy, productive life and life style is a nutritious breakfast, lunch and dinner.  We’ve all probably heard about or read the research that links academic success to a good, healthy diet.  In case you have ever wondered about how nutritious and tasty your child’s meals are while with us here at Brook Hill, allow me to give you a glimpse of our table.  The picture that you see below is an example of all that your child can eat on any given school day at Brook Hill.  They could eat any of the dishes below and as much as they would like of all of them.  This is a sample of what lunch looks like, and breakfast and dinner are just as good.  Whether they are in the mood for a panini and soup, or a hot entrée and a couple of sides, or maybe they just want to make it a chef salad day, all of these options are available every day.  And this is standard fare, not just the one day this photo was snapped. This is our normal.  Drink choices?  Your child also has their choice of milk, tea, apple juice or orange juice or water along with each meal.  And I didn’t even mention the variety of breads to choose from or the other culinary complements, like homemade salsa or fresh fruit selections throughout the week.  Eating at Brook Hill is like eating out every day.  Who’s hungry?
