Parent Ambassadors

MIssion Statement of the brook hill Parent Ambassadors

As a Christ-centered school, we try to implement Christ-like behavior through ministering to new parents and families throughout the year. We do this through open communication, building friendships and providing resources for new families. Our goal in this is helping families feel welcomed to the Brook Hill family.

What to expect by being a Parent Ambassador

o Contact your assigned new family at the beginning of the year prior to school to welcome them to The Brook Hill School
o Connect with them at school events throughout the year
Example: Summer Socials, Back to School Barbecue, Tailgates, Athletic events, etc.
o Connect outside of school throughout the year
Example: Playdates, meals (Chick-fil-A or Andy’s), church gatherings, etc.
o Communication through text, emails, phone calls throughout the year
o Be available for questions that parents may have
o Help with admission events – Look & See, Open House, etc.
o Assist with tours, prospective families
o Be an advocate for Brook Hill on social media by sharing posts and telling your friends about Brook Hill.
