PreK Snow Playground

Last Friday our PreK students had a snow playground day! Students made snowmen and ate them, played with animals in the snow and had fun in the hot chocolate shop. Mrs. Fritcher even stopped by for a delicious cup!

PreK also did a science experiment. Students stuck their hands in ice cold water to see if they could be a penguin and swim in it. Students then learned that arctic animals need blubber to keep them warm as they put their hands in warm animal fat “blubber”. Students discovered that they could keep their hands in the ice cold water longer with the “blubber”.
