The National Society Daughters of the American Revolution (DAR) recently awarded Brook Hill senior Rachel Berkley with their Good Citizen award!

Nominated by her teachers and peers, Rachel was selected as Brook Hill’s Good Citizen this year because of her dependability, service, leadership, and patriotism to an outstanding degree. Rachel was honored recently at the annual DAR Tea.

The National Society Daughters of the American Revolution (DAR) Good Citizens program and scholarship contest was established in 1934 and is intended to encourage and reward the qualities of good citizenship among high school students across America.

Rachel is attending UT Austin in the fall and will major in Architecture. She was accepted into their highly competitive 5-year program.
