Snowmen and pine cones are signs of winter in Mrs. Chesley’s class

Mrs. Chesley’s class is studying winter and were able to make snowmen s’more snacks as a fun treat last week. They learned about the life of the snowman and the sequential order from building it to it melting.

“We also studied pine cones and discovered that, when wet, they close up and when they are dry, they open up,” Chesley said. “Students illustrated this in their science journals.”
