“Speak Life” Continues at Middle and Upper School Chapel

This week’s chapel continued the “speak life” theme by featuring a personal testimony from Student Council President Caleb Wagner. Caleb shared how the words and actions of other students have impacted him both positively and negatively. He also shared scriptures including Joshua 1:9 and emphasized the importance of seeing oneself’s from God’s perspective rather than the perspective of others.

Next, Hope Cooper shared a story that she had previously posted to Facebook, about the power of positive words and friendship.

The chapel concluded with a video from Kid President on the things we should say more often.

Advisory small groups continued to discuss the theme of speaking life during their meetings on Thursday.

Wednesday chapel and Thursday advisory small groups are part of the regular campus life block schedule, from 10:45am – 11:10am.
