Lacy was born and raised in Tyler. She left for the big city to pursue her business degree from University of North Texas. She has been married for more than 16 years to her husband Brandon. Together they have two children, Haley and Bryce. She enjoys spending time by the pool in the summer months. In the winter months, you will find her with a good book by the fire. Her favorite Bible verse is John 3:16, “For this is how God loved the world: He gave his one and only Son, so that everyone who believes in him will not perish but have eternal life.”
