Occasionally you can, as they say, kill two birds with one stone. And every now and then, when God grants His favor, you can even get three birds. It seems like that’s what we have on Friday afternoons in the Bell Library. Certain boarding students have academic strengths and a need for community service hours. Lots of Brook Hill middle school students have high academic goals and a need for assistance to reach them. And a certain Director of Residence Life has a desire to see the boarding and day students integrated. The “A Team” Tutorial program satisfies all three. Kids using gifts, kids getting help and kids joining lives. I call that a triple win.
