First Graders have been working on animal research projects. Teachers and librarian collaborated on a word art project called a “wordle” or “word cloud”. Students  first  typed a list of describing words about the animal in a Word document. Then, they copied and pasted their list into a “wordle” which allows the list to be formatted in an interesting way. This is one of many ways to integrate technology in a meaningful way. Students from Mrs. Smith’s class are showing you their “word clouds”!
