Our current 5th graders (rising 6th graders) had the opportunity to visit and tour our middle school last week. Students met with Principal Tammy Hayes who gave them the grand tour, shared about the differences between the lower and middle school, and helped answer students’ questions. She wasn’t the only one though – many of our current middle school students shared about their transition to the middle school and helped paint a picture of what these rising 6th graders can expect – everything form homework to athletics and fine arts to friendships and making wise choices. It was a great opportunity to introduce the next step to our lower school students!
