WANTED: College Ambassadors

Mrs. Tucker is providing a service opportunity for 9th-12th grade students who would like to help host one of our many college representatives.

Brook Hill College Ambassador’s will be the welcoming committee for college reps when they come to campus. All students are always encouraged to visit with the colleges but College Ambassadors will make a point to spend a few minutes greeting the representatives, picking up information from them, and encouraging their friends to do the same.

Students who serve as College Ambassadors will earn an hour of community service each semester, work on their people skills, have a chance to make a personal connection with colleges all over the United States, and provide encouragement to college representatives who many times have a grueling travel schedule. Students who are interested in this program for the spring semester will need to pick up an application in the Academic Office at the beginning of the semester.
