6th Graders set up shop in the Herrington Sports Center on Friday afternoon, complete with displays and digital presentations of a country they researched. Students also brought food or drink from the country they studied. Student and faculty alike stopped by to enjoy exotic cuisine and ask students questions about the countries they researched. What a great way for our 6th graders to not only learn about foreign cultures, but for them to teach the rest of us at Brook Hill about these countries as well!

A unique aspect to the world’s fair was that many of our international boarding students stopped by and spoke with students who had researched the country they were actually from! It was a great opportunity for our 6th graders to get to talk with someone who was actually from the country they studied!
