PARADE OF NATIONS CELEBRATES OUR BOARDING COMMUNITY

Our heart is for the nations and we loved having the opportunity to celebrate our boarding community in our annual Parade of Nations!

It’s quickly become a favorite Brook Hill tradition and one that captures our desire to celebrate the exciting opportunity we have as a Brook Hill family to know each student who is here as a part of our Boarding Program. Our hope is that through our relationships we’ll experience a rich variety of cultures that will prepare our student body as a whole to live and work in the global economy and engage God’s world.

With 118 students and over 30 countries represented, each year our boarding students get to carry the flag of their home country to the tune of the Olympic fanfare at half-time during one of our home football games. It’s a blend of East-Texas football culture and the celebration of so many others that embody our mission as a school to have a vibrant community pursuing academic and athletic excellence while growing in our love for the Lord and others!

We’re grateful for the opportunity to live and learn alongside of these men and women! For a glimpse of what it’s like on the field with our home country flags, you can catch a glimpse of the Parade here.
