Pre-K plants a garden

In class, Pre-K has learned about plants and seeds, parts of a plant, what plants need to grow and where our food comes from. They concluded this study by planting a garden. Each student was assigned a plant, either a flower or vegetable, we had so much fun planting and playing in the dirt.

Want to start our own mini garden with the kids? Fret not if you don’t have the basic tools to start. The guides and reviews on https://occupythefarm.org will help you get acquainted with them. Bill Allen, an author on the site, writes articles about anything regarding growing your own flowers, fruits, and vegetables. Every year is a great opportunity to start a mini garden and while at it, have a fun work out in your home.

If you have a messy lawn that needs a makeover so the kids can start growing things, having a string trimmer at your garage can be a very cost effective move. They are very portable and don’t cost quite as much as lawn mowers. See the reviews on FindStringTrimmers for more information on the different options you can choose from.
