Rachel Abston is a graduate of East Texas Baptist University (’04) where she received her Bachelor’s in Elementary Education and has taught at Brook Hill since 2018.

Rachel leans on the verse Jeremiah 29:11 and considers it her life verse. She knows God always has a plan for us even when we can’t see His hand in situations.

n her spare time, she loves to spend time with her children and dogs, which she considers her children. As a child, Rachel did not enjoy reading but now finds it one of her favorite things to teach her 5th grade students. Rachel has two children, Adam and Madison. Adam and Madison have attended Brook Hill since PK. They are ALL ORANGE!
