Mika Hubbard is the Head Volleyball & Track Coach while also serving as the Athletic Girls’ Coordinator. She graduated from Smithson Valley HS in Spring Branch, TX where she played volleyball and club volleyball. Mika continued her volleyball career while attending Howard Payne University graduating with a Bachelor’s in Business Administration. She received the ASC Scholar-Athlete Medal of Honor Award in 2012 for her contributions to the school and volleyball program. She was only the second player in HPU history to exceed 1000 kills and 1000 digs. She was ASC West Division Freshman of the Year in 2008, a two-time 1st team All West Division, and a two-time 2nd team All West Division selection. She was also a member of Sigma Beta Delta(Business Honor Society).

Coach Hubbard is married to college sweetheart, Zach Hubbard, who is also a coach, and they have 2 children – Trent and Taylor. Trent attends The Brook Hill School and Taylor will join the All Orange family in 2023.. When not on the field or in the gym, Zach and Mika enjoy making memories with their family at the lake or the beach.
