Kim Webber
Kim is originally from Southern California, but also calls Washington State, Germany, Ireland, and now Tyler, home. She is passionate about people and the perspective that comes from intentionally listening to the stories of others and seeking to understand something beyond our personal view. God has also crafted her to be skilled in strategy, system development, and managing details. These skills and passions align well with the field of Human Resources, and she is honored to serve and support the incredible faculty and staff of The Brook Hill School in that capacity. In January 2024, Kim received her SHRM-CP certification (Society of Human Resource Management – Certified Professional).
Before coming to The Brook Hill School, Kim graduated with an International Business degree from the University of Puget Sound, worked three summers with Pine Cove camps, both in Tyler and around the Southeast USA, completed the 8-month Pine Cove Forge discipleship program, and worked full-time in Tyler for several years with the Mentoring Alliance, then with South Spring Baptist Church.
