Our Orange Rush Run is coming up this weekend and we are so excited for you all to be joining us! We are excited to have you participate in this great event as we celebrate 20 years of excellence!
In preparation for race day here are a few things to know…

PACKET PICKUP
Your packet will be available during the following dates and times
•Friday, April 21 – The Brook Hill School Upper School Campus, Lauderdale Hall – 8 AM-5 PM
•Saturday, April 22 – Race Day Registration – 8 AM
•Someone other than yourself is able to pick up your packet. The person picking up the packet(s) will simply need the participant’s name

WEATHER
No matter what the weather, the Orange Rush Fun Run will go on! Any possible weather delays will be communicated via email and on The Brook Hill School Facebook page. Please “like” our Facebook page at www.facebook.com/brookhillschool for all important announcements.

CANNED FOOD DRIVE
We are partnering with the Bullard Mission House, an organization committed to serving the physical and spiritual needs of our community. We are encouraging each of our participants to bring two canned food items. You can drop these cans off at the registration tent on your way in!

TIME TO ARRIVE
Participants should plan to allow plenty of time to get to the race start. The kids’ race begins at 8:30 a.m. at Herrington Stadium followed by the 5k at 9:00 a.m.

PARKING
Parking will be located in the grass lot near the front entrance of the main campus of the school.

ROUTE
The route will be marked with signs and volunteers. Copies of the route map will be available at the registration tent for your convenience.
