On Tuesday, 5th Grade students launched rockets into the air using air pressure they stomped out of plastic bottles. Students made rockets with paper and then the class held a contest to see whose rocket went the highest through the process of elimination. Once students were back inside they evaluated why one rocket went higher than the others and what made the difference in how high they went. Fun times for fifth grade!
