Congratulations to members of the Brook Hill Guard Chorale for earning places in the Texas Music Educators Association All-Region Choir. Hundreds of students from all over East Texas, both public and private schools, 1A-5A, competed for spots in the choir last Saturday at Whitehouse High School. These students competed on college level music and many began working on their music before school started in early August. BH students earing places in the choir were Claire Dixon, Amber Wright, Lauren Eden, and Chipper Adams. These students now qualify to advance to the second round of competitions that take place in November, moving toward a place in the Texas All-State Choir. Be sure and congratulate them on their hard work!
