Brook Hill Students Honored for Leadership by Rotary Youth Leadership Awards (RYLA)

Rotary Youth Leadership Awards started in 1960 and is an international program that was created by Rotary International to encourage strong leadership in youth. Pictured are Brook Hill students who were nominated to attend an all-expense paid camp to develop and enhance leadership skills through activities conducted in an atmosphere of trust and respect. Eight Students participated in a personal interview with a Rotary Panel and the panel reported that their task of  choosing only one boy and one girl to represent Brook Hill was extremely difficult because all of our students were outstanding!

The two students selected from Brook Hill were Morgan Moss and Jacob Dumesnil. Jacob and Morgan will attend RYLA all-expense paid leadership camp in the spring. Congratulate these two students on this incredible honor!

Our nominees: (L to R): Charlie Niles, Val Allen, Jacob Dumesnil, McCray Fletcher, Chipper Adams, Andrew Edwards (Front Row, L to R): Morgan Moss, Kate Wallace
