Brook Hill senior Charlie Niles led the Lady Guard into the playoffs and the rest of the district took notice, naming Niles to the first team on the TAPPS All-District 2-4A Volleyball Team announced recently.

Niles finished with a team-high 204 kills to go along with 120 digs and 31 service aces. Niles also had 221 assists.

Brook Hill junior Brianna Young received second-team honors thanks to a strong season in which the libero led the team in digs (381) and service aces (38).

Named as honorable mention was junior setter Mia Martinico and seniors Katherine Stair, Emily Webb and Maddie Parker.

The Guard finished 13-13 overall and were 8-8 in district.
