Terry Kim placed 1st in ACSI Math Olympics Area Competition held at The Scofield School in Dallas on Friday. He competed in the 6th Grade Math Computation and scored a perfect score on all four rounds. He competed against all the private schools in the North/East Texas area.
Also competing from middle school were Hannah Smith, who scored a Superior in Computation, Callie Bailey, Excellent in Computation, James Jordan, an Superior in Reasoning, all in 8th grade. David and Drew Sims scored an Excellent in Computation for 7th Grade; Jackson Westcot, Price James and Landon Reynolds, 6th graders, competed and scored Excellent in Reasoning and Computation.
