Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Computer Lab Research

We are so thankful for the life of Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. and his dream that people would not be judged by the color of their skin, but by the content of their character!

We had a number of activities celebrating the life and dream of Dr. King this past week. For one of our activities, third grade students researched Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. using BrainPop Jr. Students took notes in the lab as they watched a video and created mini-Martin Luther King Jr. “books” complete with a summary of his life inside!

We hope that we can continue to be a place that instills the value of every human being in our students. We are all made in the image of our creator and that means we are all brothers and sisters, no matter the color of our skin!
