FOOTBALL SEASON IS HERE!

To kick off the 2016 Texas High School Football Season, Brook Hill will host the Tyler Ford American Warrior Bowl Game on August 27th at 7:30 PM at Herrington Stadium/Young Field.

This year’s American Warrior Bowl Game features a Florida vs. Texas flair as Saint John Paul High School of Boca Raton, Fl. battles The Brook Hill Guard. New Head Football Coach Scott Ryle and his wide open offensive style of play hopes to be enough to stem off the challenge that will be provided from a tough Eagle Squad.

This year’s American Warrior Bowl Weekend will pay special tribute to Veterans of The Vietnam and a host of activities are planned:

  • On Friday Night August 26th at 7:00 PM, a Warrior Bowl Banquet honoring both teams, coaches, cheerleaders, and Cadet Drill Team will be held in The Lower School Gymnasium.  Tickets for the catered banquet are $25.00 per person.
  • On Saturday August 27th at 8:00 AM, The Tyler Ford/American Warrior Bowl Cross Country run will be held on the 280 plus acres of The Brook Hill School on a course laid out by BH Cross Country Coach Kyle Ford.
  • At 9:00  in the US Gymnasium, both Brook Hill and Saint John Paul football teams will participate in a service project for Kids Against Hunger as they will pack up 20,000 meals for underprivileged children.
  • New Brook Hill Head Volleyball Coach Candise Wise has scheduled a volleyball game for 3:00 in the US Gymnasium pitting Brook Hill Alumni against  the current BH Varsity Team.
  • At 4:00 at The American Freedom Museum, an Open House and Special Memorial will take place to the veterans of The Vietnam War.
