Fourth Graders Visit the Perot Museum of Nature and Science
Fourth graders spent an entire school day at the Perot Museum of Nature and Science in downtown Dallas exploring five floors of amazing exhibits and learning about God’s hand in our world. Students viewed many interesting things from life-size dinosaur fossils to different kinds of birds and how they fly. A student favorite was the sports complex where the students were able race against virtual opponents that included a cheetah, dinosaurs, and human track field stars. The students also visited the “Animals Inside Out” exhibit. This is a traveling exhibit that shows the amazing way God knitted us together. Teachers, Mrs. Ponce and Mrs. Dawkins enjoyed the museum also and commented it was well worth the visit.
