FOUNDERS DAY - CLEMENTS PHOTO

The Brook Hill School is delighted to honor Michael and Donna Clements as the 2016 Guardian Award Recipients for Founder’s Day, Monday, October 17.

Mike and Donna have been dedicated supporters and parents of The Brook Hill School for many years. They are now grandparents to a precious kindergartener of Brook Hill’s Lower School, Michaelann Tarrant.

Both Mike and Donna have been very influential in the Brook Hill and East Texas community. Their goal to make a positive impact throughout East Texas through supporting nonprofit agencies, with a focus on helping improve the lives of children in our community is very evident through their generosity and involvement.

Mike and Donna served on Boys and Girls Club Board for many years. Donna has served on The Brook Hill School Board of Trustees for three years and East Texas Food Bank Board for three years. Mike currently serves on the Mentoring Alliance Board and Citizens 1st Bank. Ten years ago they started the Clements Family Foundation.

They are very grounded in their faith and attend Rose Heights Church where Mike plays in praise band and serves as an elder and trustee. For over 30 years, their family business, Clements Fluids Management, LLC, has grown and now has locations throughout Texas and Louisiana. Mike and Donna own and operate Lake Tyler Petroleum Club, a private club and wedding and event venue.

Mike and Donna attended East Texas Baptist University. They have two daughters Megan Ray Tarrant and Abigail Ann Wesson (Brook Hill Alum ‘09).
