Shanda Booth is thrilled to join the Brook Hill staff as a Dyslexia Interventionist at the middle and upper schools. She has taught in the public school setting for 22 years as a reading intervention teacher and most recently as the District Dyslexia Specialist.

Shanda grew up in Chandler, TX where she currently lives. She got her Bachelor’s degree from Texas A&M University in elementary education with a specialization in reading. She is married to her husband, Tom and they have 3 children, Carson, Trey and Mylee. In her free time, Shanda enjoys watching sports, traveling, and being with family and friends.
