Coach English has worked in education since 1980 and began leading Brook Hill’s baseball program in 2024. He and his wife, Beverly, both University of Texas graduates, have three sons all whom graduated from Texas Tech. Coach English has forty years of head baseball coaching experience. In 2022, he was inducted into the Texas High School Baseball Coaches (THSBCA) Hall of Fame. In his first year, he led the Guard to the D3 TAPPS State TAPPS Baseball Championship. Don looks forward to helping create lifelong memories at Brook Hill as he moves into his new role as Executive Director of Campus Ministry & Culture. Coach English’s life verse is 2 Timothy 1:7, “God did not give us a spirit of fear, but of power, love and discipline.”
