Heidii holds a Master of Education from National-Louis University and a Bachelor of Science in Education from Baylor University. Her professional experience spans from teaching roles in Germany, Colorado, and Texas to academic leadership positions, including serving as Academic Dean at Everest College. Most recently, Heidii was a Numeracy Instruction Coach, Master Teacher, and GT Coordinator at Chapel Hill ISD, where she managed curriculum development, professional development programs, and instructional coaching.

As Dean of Academics, Heidii is committed to advancing our curriculum to keep Brook Hill at the forefront of educational excellence. She aims to establish best practices based on the latest research and support faculty growth through professional development and instructional coaching. Heidii’s dedication to student success and her belief in the potential of every student will be instrumental in guiding Brook Hill’s academic future.

“As a Christian, I am excited to be able to infuse my beliefs with my love for education,” Heidii shared. “Ever since I was a little girl, I have wanted to teach and help others. My servant’s heart continuously seeks ways to better all who are around me. I firmly believe in the motto, ‘Every Student, Every Day, Every Time.’ They are our future, and they deserve the best opportunities we can give them.”
