Brooks is a 2017 Brook Hill graduate who went on to play football at Hendrix College, where he graduated with his BA in Health Sciences in 2021. He then attended Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center where he recieved his Masters in Athletic Training in 2024. Brooks has previously served as an assistant athletic trainer at Bullard High School (2024-2025) and Troup High School (2025-2026).He married his wife, Halle, in 2021 and they have two children together. In his free time, Brooks enjoys golfing, gaming, and spending time with his family.
