We celebrated our senior athletes in basketball and swim this past Tuesday night. We are so proud of these students, who they have become, and the things they will do! We will miss seeing them compete, but are excited to see what is next for each of them!

6th grade students recently studied point-of-view and poetry. Students concluded their reading of “Eric Liddell: Something Greater Than Gold” by creating I AM poems. Students had so much fun playing the cup stacking keyboard game that they forgot they were learning! The cup stacking game is a keyboarding practice website to help young students learn to locate the letters on the keyboard. Students will begin to type sight words after becoming familiar with the location of the letters.
Prekindergarten students are delightful people. They enjoy singing, dramatizing, listening to stories , asking questions, answering questions, and participating in any and all library activities. After dramatizing the story of The Three Little Pigs, students cut out story pictures and retold the story after sequencing the events.
