6th graders experimented with ant saliva, bat blood, creepy cola, vampire tears and dragon juice.  They were observing the different densities of these common liquids which had fun names.  After trial and error, the students found the correct order to drop the liquids in where they layered by their densities.   

This week, second graders learned about elections and campaigns with the book Duck for President by Doreen Cronin. Students learned about campaigning and election process, while also learning the value and importance of voting in a democratic society.
